This privacy policy describes how Jinju International Prayer Center (“JinjuPray”, “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our YouTube channel, particularly our internal back-end automation scripts.

Information We Manage

Our back-end automation scripts do not collect any information from end-users. As part of our effort to manage our 3-4 livestreams every day, we have automated many functions using our own internal scripts running on a private server. These scripts handle the following information related to YouTube:

• Channel ID of our Jinju International Prayer Center YouTube channel.
• Video IDs for our YouTube videos and livestreams.
• Video metadata including titles, descriptions, thumbnails, privacy status, tags, and categories for our videos and livestreams.
• Livestream schedules for our upcoming livestreams.

To be clear, our system does NOT collect or retain any end-user Google or YouTube account information, except for details of our own internal accounts which we use to manage our YouTube media.

How We Use This Information

• Our scripts use the channel ID to identify our Jinju International Prayer Center YouTube channel.
• These scripts access and update video metadata (titles, descriptions, thumbnails, privacy status, tags, and categories) to manage and optimize our YouTube content.
• Our scripts access and update livestream schedules to create and manage upcoming livestreams.
• A website plugin also updates our website at jinjupray.com by embedding the currently live or next upcoming livestream, so that visitors can view it directly from our website.

Information Sharing

We never share any private internal or user information with any third party, including hosting providers. All data is kept securely on our own internal server.

Data Security

Our channel ID, video IDs, and other metadata are stored in private databases and files.

We securely store credentials used to access the YouTube Data API, in such a way that only the scripts may use them. Access to the scripts and the data they use is limited to internal administrators only.

Our server software is regularly updated as recommended by the operating system provider.

End User Rights

Since this data is solely for internal use and pertains only to our own YouTube channel management, there are no specific user rights applicable.
